Mike Blankenship: Mike Blank with the SPAC podcast. I'm joined today by Kish Ga Roy, chairman and CEO of Plum Acquisition Corp. Three. Kish. Can you mind giving a couple minutes about your background?
Kanishka Roy: Yes, my background is traverses across being an operator, an investment banker investor at the privilege of launching the Plum Platform back in late 2020, early 2021.
We're now on our. On Plum four. Um, and, uh, you know, very briefly on Plum, our collective team has launched and operated five SPACs, uh, resulting in multiple successful listings, raised hundreds of millions in pipe capital. We love companies that go after massive opportunities in somewhat differentiated way.
With moats built around their ability to execute and where also we see a past playbook that has been successful in making investors money in the public markets.
