Ranjeet Sundher, CEO of Tactical Resources, explains what makes the Peak Project fundamentally different from early-stage rare earth developments in the United States.

Unlike projects that require a decade of exploration and billions in capital before proving viability, Peak already has materials on site, existing infrastructure, and decades of groundwork completed. The focus now shifts from exploration risk to commercial application and scale.

Michael Blankenship: Today I'm joined by Ranjit Sender, CEO of Tactical Resources. Ranjit, why don't you give us a little bit about yourself?

Ranjeet Sundher: Hi Michael. It's a pleasure to be here. As you mentioned, I'm the CEO of Tactical Resources. I've been developing resource and mining projects for 25 to 30 years. I put mines into production on several continents, and I'm quite familiar with what it takes to take something from the ground and make it into a commercial application.

Michael Blankenship: What makes Peak Project so unique compared to the typical early stage rare earth developments? Uh, within the United States?

Ranjeet Sundher: The big differentiator with our project versus other projects is most mining production projects start at the resource exploration stage. That being a decade of time, potentially a billion dollars if they're successful proving they have materials which can then be processed.

There's a statistic out there that out of every a hundred resource exploration projects, less than five have potential to make it to production, and maybe only one or two will be commercial production. We are fortunate to have all of that resource exploration and development behind us. What that means is we have materials on site ready for processing.

We have infrastructure on site, water, electricity, railway spurs, so we're really well ahead of the curve and going forward, it's all about a commercial application to our materials.
