Claudis Tsang: Sure. I started my SPAC journey in late 2020, officially launching in 2021. Before that, I worked in the private equity industry for 20 years. The reason I wanted to work in the SPAC space was to help my portfolio companies go public — and to help private equity firms exit those investments.
From 2021 to now, we’ve sponsored seven SPACs under my company, A SPAC Holdings Group Corp. These SPACs range in size from $60 million to $200 million. We believe we’re one of the few Asian sponsors that has successfully sponsored such a wide range of SPACs in a short period of time.

Claudius Tsang is a highly accomplished investment professional with over 20 years of proven success in Private Equity and PIPE (Private Investment in Public Equity) transactions across Greater China and Emerging Markets. As the CEO of A SPAC Holdings Group Corp, Claudius has demonstrated exceptional leadership in sponsoring and managing multiple Nasdaq-listed SPACs, including Model Performance Acquisition Corp. (MPACU), A SPAC I Acquisition Corp. (ASCAU), A SPAC II Acquisition Corp. (ASCBU), JVSPAC Acquisition Corp. (JVSAU), A SPAC III Acquisition Corp. (ASPCU) and A Paradise Acquisition Corp (APADU). His ability to identify high-growth companies, drive strategic business combinations, and deliver value for shareholders sets him apart in the SPAC and investment community.
Before co-founding A SPAC (Holdings) Group Corp, Claudius was a Partner at Templeton Private Equity Partners, a division of Franklin Templeton Investments, where he led major investments and served on the boards of multiple portfolio companies. His extensive board experience spans various industries, further reinforcing his expertise in corporate governance and strategic oversight. Claudius is a CFA Charterholder, holds the CESGA certification, and has academic credentials from prestigious institutions including the University of Cambridge, The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and Tsinghua University.
