Michael (00:00): Hello, this is Mike Blankenship here with the SPAC Podcast. Today I’m joined by Nick Morgan with ICAN. Nick, you want to give us a few minutes about yourself?

Nick Morgan (00:10): Sure, yeah, I’m Nick Morgan. I’m the president and founder of ICAN, the Investor Choice Advocates Network — a pro bono SEC defense firm, which is a little unusual. I came from the SEC a long time ago, spent a big chunk of my career in big law defending people at big firm rates against SEC investigations and litigation, and now I do it at no cost.
