Mike B: Here with SPAC podcast today I'm joined with, uh, Chris Catone. Chris, why don't you tell, tell us a little about yourself.
Chris C: Uh, Mike. I am a partner in a family office. The name is Greentree Financial and we have two locations, one in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and the other in Charlotte, North Carolina. We also have a satellite location in Hong Kong that we, we do some work out of.
I'm in the Fort Lauderdale office and I manage the day-to-day. Operations, uh, usually related to clients that are looking to list, uh, in an IPO or they're doing some type of a follow on offering and we're, we're working with their audit firms, their attorneys, their underwriters in an effort to make sure they have a seamless IPO or follow on process.
We also help with quarterly and annual compliance work. In fact, that's how we got started in this business, was helping with the queues and the case. So it kind of helped us. Get a look under the hood before we started helping, uh, on some of the, uh, banking side with some of the clients and some of the, the capital market stuff.
So happy to be here and, uh, great getting a chance to speak to your listeners.
